In the new Energy Arc technology, a high-stack midsole accommodates an arched carbon fiber plate sandwiched between two layers of FuelCell foam, leaving a hollow channel through the middle. The plate flattens with each foot strike, providing high rebound and propulsion. The New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Trainer v2 looks, feels, and performs differently.

Shoe Technology

Upper: Breathable flat knit upper creates a locked-in fit and feel. N logo design wraps around the lateral side of the shoe.

Midsole: FuelCell foam delivers a propulsive ride to drive you forward. Energy Arc technology combines a sport-specific carbon fiber plate geometry with strategic midsole cutouts to increase energy return.
